Aegina Island

A few shots from a handful of days on the island of Aegina.

In the fishing village of Perdika where we had some delicious grouper:

The harbor in Aegina town, where we waited for the Meltemi (north wind) to calm down.

Aegina is known for its pistachio orchards, and you can buy all manner of delicious pistachio-themed treats. We've been on a pistachio bender of sorts these last few days.

It also has temples. We may be reaching temple overload. This one is the Temple of Aphaea, and together with the Acropolis in Athens and the Temple of Poseidon in Sounion, it forms an isosceles triangle. Hmm, so now you know that.

Fun streets.

Good sunsets!
