Spelunking on Land & Sea

At the recommendation of a friend, we visited the Caves of Drach, in Porto Cristo, Mallorca. It is a huge underground cave, more than a kilometer in length, and at it's bottom it has one of the largest underground lakes in the world!

Little did we know, there would be a concert when we got to the bottom (?!). It was actually quite cool, they turned down the lights and a few lighted boats cruised around the lake playing classical music (no photos for that part). So I guess now we can check "concert in an underground cave" off the list!

We then followed that up with a visit to the Blue Cave, a huge cave you can boat into and swim in on an island just south of Mallorca:
