Kenning:
I really enjoyed my first day here and I think the rest of my family did as well. We went to the PontDuGarde, and an ancient theater in Orange. I liked going to the PontDuGarde more than I liked going to the theater but both were fun. We first went to the PontDuGarde, they had a museum that was full of interesting facts and other artifacts. The we went and actually saw it. It was amazing we walked along the bridge and went underneath it. There were many people swimming in the river below but we did not join them. We then went to the theater, I thought that going inside was the most interesting part. They had lots of signs telling you about the amount of the world the Romans conquered and when the theater was built in relation to other important roman historical facts. Overall I really enjoyed my day.

I was skeptical at first, but it was a lot of fun. As some of you may know, I'm really into the zodiac signs--I'm a Capricorn-- and I know the zodiacs were not created by the Romans, but I found an urn that looked just like the Aquarius urn, and they had many half-fish-half-animal creatures, including a half-fish-half-goat. I was exited because the zodiac Capricorn is a half-fish-half-goat. Mom said it fit me because I love to swim; (she calls me her little fish) and I'm a little stubborn. Before we went to pont du gard, we had pastries and quiche for breakfast. I had a pastry that looked like a hotdog bun with chocolate on it, but its called a beignet du Nutella. Dad and Mom shared a croissant and egg & spinach quiche. My sister and I both had beignet du Nutellas. There were a lot of options though. Eclairs, muffins, mini chocolate croissants, etc. After our visit to the Roman theater, Dad and I went to the beach. We had a lot of fun and dunked our heads in the water. Then we took our showers, got on clothes, and went to dinner. I had some pasta bolognese. So did KK. Mom had some sort of shrimp pasta thing. Dad had fish. Then we went home and here I am. All and all, 10/5 star rating. Today I learned that the aqueduct carried water from place to place. -Then into fountains in cities, and people would get the water for there home. We had a great time and are hoping tomorrow will be just as great. Goodnight, good afternoon, good evening, good morning viewers of this post. Bye!
